The Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council together with the NGO “IDPs of Ukraine” held a meeting with the displaced persons and handed over aid from the charity fund “Waves of Change”

Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council Ihor Sopel held a meeting with the immigrants living in the territory of the region and talked with them about everything that interests them. In particular, about how to start and develop a business in the region. He also handed over aid from the “Waves of Change” charitable foundation to internally displaced persons.

The newspaper Mysto writes.

“We continue to help displaced people in Ternopil Oblast! Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, the Ternopil region has provided shelter to thousands of Ukrainians. Many of them stayed here for permanent residence. Together with the founders of the NGO “VPO of Ukraine”, People’s Deputies of Ukraine Maksym Tkachenko and Serhii Kozyr, as well as members of the inter-factional parliamentary association of the MFO “VPO of Ukraine”, People’s Deputies of Ukraine Vladlen Neklyudov, Dmytro Solomchuk, Oleksandr Yurchenko and Vitaly Voytsechivsky held a meeting with the forced immigrants

During the meeting, they provided answers to the questions that concern them, in particular, provided advice to entrepreneurs from the Kherson region who want to receive a grant for horticulture. Many internally displaced persons have the desire to start their own business in our region. This will provide an opportunity to create new jobs and fill community budgets.

He also had the opportunity to once again provide humanitarian food kits for families of IDPs. I am grateful for the help of Kulyk Ruslan, Taras Savchuk and BF “Waves of Change”.
